Simple Shipping Policy – NCODE BIO LLC
1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will be shipped the next working day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We only ship to the Continental United States via USPS and UPS.
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 flat fee, free shipping for orders over $50, delivery in 4–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Extra $12.99, delivery in 2–3 business days
3. Shipping Limits
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses or overseas territories.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
5. Address & Package Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost/returned packages caused by incorrect customer addresses.
If your package is damaged or missing, contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
